I’m On Observation Duty is a cool indie horror that places the player in the role of a surveillance operator tasked with monitoring various homes for anomalous activity. And your main aim is to clean all the houses from this activity.
The game is set in a fictional world where strange and unexplainable phenomena are on the rise. And it is up to you to identify and document these occurrences. The game revolves around observing live camera feeds from various rooms in the houses and reporting any anomalies to the authorities.
Each home has multiple rooms, and you must switch between cameras to monitor them all. Because the anomaly can appear in every room. And if you fail to identify it in time, you will be killed by it. So it’s in your best interests to find it faster and clean the house.
In the beginning of the walkthrough the anomalies are simple and can’t scare anyone. But after you play a little, the atmosphere around becomes more eerie and thrilling. As you begin to notice the things you didn’t know existed. But you still need to file a report and wait for the cleaning team to fix it.
In this I’m On Observation Duty part the reporting system is new. In the previous versions you needed to pick the type of the anomaly and the place where you found it. But now developers have made the process easier. So you must only pick the room where the paranormal activity is high and wait for it to be removed.
But how can you identify an anomaly? The types of them that can occur are varied and unpredictable. Sometimes you will see objects moving on their own or doors opening and closing by themselves. Other paranormal activities can be more dangerous, such as the appearance of unknown entities in the house.
There are a certain number of activities in the building. And you must find them all to complete your job. Remember that the time is limited. You can try different locations and search for something mystical there. The walkthrough will be different in all the new locations you unlock and test.
